Do we need a photo together?
No. That’s the whole idea. Add one photo of you and one of your pet, taken any time, anywhere. We make the portrait of you together.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Your first previews are free, with no account and no card. You only pay if you want to keep a portrait without the watermark.
How much is it?
US$19 for one portrait, or US$33 for all three of your previews. Extra looks after that are US$10 each. Prices are in US dollars; outside the US, checkout shows the exact amount in your currency. It’s a one-time payment, not a subscription. You get a digital file to download, print or share; we don’t ship anything.
What if it doesn’t look like us?
Every portrait is checked for likeness before you see it. If something’s still off after you buy, we redo it for free (twice per portrait). If we still can’t get it right, you get a full refund within 14 days.
What happens to my photos?
They’re used only to make your portraits, never to train AI models. We delete your original photos after 30 days and your portraits after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Can I print it?
Yes. You get a high-resolution file ready for prints up to about 12×16 inches, plus a square version for sharing. The portraits are made with AI from your photos.
