Terms of service

These terms apply when you use meandpaw.com (“Me & Paw”, “we”). Me & Paw is operated by Scuti IT d.o.o., Serbia. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and sells the product to you.

What we provide

You upload a photo of yourself and a photo of your pet. Our software uses artificial intelligence to create digital portraits of you together in the style you choose. You can preview them for free with a watermark. If you buy, you get high-resolution digital image files without the watermark. We do not sell physical products.

Portraits are generated by AI from your photos. They are not photographs of a real moment and are not painted by an artist. Results vary, and we check each portrait for likeness before showing it to you.

Your photos and your rights

• You may only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use.
• The person in the photo must be an adult (18+) and must be you, or have agreed to this use.
• No photos of public figures, and nothing illegal, sexual, violent or hateful. We may refuse any photo.

You keep all rights in your photos. You give us a limited permission to process them only to make and deliver your portraits, as described in our privacy policy.

Your portraits

When you pay, you may use your portraits for any personal purpose: print them, frame them, share them, give them as gifts. You may not resell them as a product or use them to imply an endorsement by anyone shown in them. We will not use your portraits in our marketing unless you give us permission.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Dodo Payments handles the payment, applicable taxes and your receipt.

Redos and refunds

See our refund policy: free redos, then a full refund within 14 days if we can’t get it right.

Availability

We keep your purchased portraits available to download for 12 months. Please save your files. We may change or discontinue looks at any time.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
