Scuti IT d.o.o. (Serbia) is the controller of the personal data processed on meandpaw.com. Contact: support@meandpaw.com.
What we collect and why
- Your photos, to make your portraits. We remove location and camera data from them when you upload.
- A short description of each photo (for example hair colour or your pet’s markings), produced automatically, so the portraits look like you.
- Your email, if you give it, to send your portraits and order emails. If you tick the box, also the occasional new look or offer; you can unsubscribe any time.
- Order details from our payment provider (what you bought, amount, email). We never see your card details.
- Usage and advertising data: pages visited, funnel steps and technical data such as your IP address and browser, to run the service, prevent abuse and measure our ads (shared with Meta for ad measurement).
Your photos are not used for training
Your photos and portraits are used only to make and deliver your portraits. We do not use them to train AI models, and we choose AI providers whose terms don’t allow it for our use.
How long we keep data
- Original photos and previews you didn’t buy: deleted after 30 days.
- Purchased portraits: kept for 12 months so you can download them again, then deleted.
- Order records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Who processes data for us
OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to (image generation and photo checks), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (file storage, security checks and email routing), Upstash (job queue), Resend (email), Dodo Payments (payments, merchant of record), PostHog (product analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement). Some are in the United States; transfers use the safeguards those providers offer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to marketing, by emailing support@meandpaw.com. Depending on where you live you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
We use a necessary cookie to keep your session (your photos and previews) while you use the site, a cookie for “Find my portraits” sign-in, and analytics and advertising cookies from PostHog and Meta.
