Love it, or we’ll make it right

You see a free preview before you pay, so you know what you’re buying. If something still isn’t right afterwards, here’s what we do.

Free redos

Every portrait you buy comes with 2 free redos. Use the “Redo it free” button on your order page and we’ll make a new version of the same look from your photos. Your current version stays available.

Full refund

If we still can’t get it right, email support@meandpaw.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5–10 business days.

After a refund, the portraits from that order are no longer available to download.

Redos after 30 days

We delete your original photos after 30 days, so redos are only possible within that time.
